Sculptra Aesthetic ® is a facial injectable that restores fullness to deep facial wrinkles and folds in the face, giving you a more natural, youthful appearance. It is the first facial injectable that gives you gradual results over time without giving you away. Sculptra Aesthetic ® is made from poly-L-lactic acid which is a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material that has been used for many years in dissolvable stitches and tissue implants. Poly-L-lactic acid stimulates collagen production thereby gradually softening wrinkles and folds.

Multiple treatments of Sculptra Aesthetic ® are required to obtain desired results. Typically, a full treatment of Sculptra Aesthetic ® is three sessions over a few months. During your consultation appointment, your provider will recommend the number of treatments for you in order to achieve full correction. Results can last up to 2 years or more.

There is no downtime after a Sculptra Aesthetic ® treatment. As with any facial injectable, side effects may include redness, bruising, swelling and discomfort that can last as long as two weeks.
